You know Jared buried some of the cash in the backyard,
but you are correct EVERBODY will have their angry hand
out including scores of shareholders, I have managed to cut
my losses from trading this POS to 3.5K from over 8k when
this first started to unravel from .018. There is no doubt
now IMO the buyout hype was part of the big scheme to drive
the PPS in order to dump the cheaply issued debt shares.
I also think Craig Douglass and the Lees are complicit as
the vehicle to act as the buyers to legitimize the buyout
offer and suck in more shareholders for another dump scheduled
for late June or July that nver really materilised. It is
clear to me that Jared was going for all the marbles until
the SEC started seeing more and more complaints and probably
requested documents from the T/A and EESO possibly in June
or July when Jared had the deer in the headlights look
about him and developed his illness which reappeared
with a new vengence yesterday,
