Folks been trying to warn you guys about that forever now and nobody listens.. just calls them bashers. The company has a history of selling shares and nothing has changed to make anyone think otherwise.

The R/S was so they could issue more shares, not so they could up list. That was just the smoke and mirrors to cover for the R/S. Now that they can't R/S because they are all jacked up with their reporting, they are forced to raise the A/S.

Of course my opinion.. you need to have your own.
