the 8k put out on Friday stated that the A/S was raised to 3b
Now I can only come up with one reason for that...The O/S has been raised also.......But when the O/S was at 722m the company stated they were in the process of lowering it to around 500m...
I think this is a big problem....If the O/S is up to 2b or so..then the 10k would do nothing for this stock..if the share structure up to date was in the 10k.......
