It seemed the SEC already knew what Milligan, the Brolas, and others did in ECFL/MNTY... Any idea on how far the SEC or SEC attorneys might be in their discovery process? I hope they haven't put this on the back burner. You seem to know alot about how this actually works...what do you think as far as hope from the SEC to try and make restitution to investors.
The SEC should make significant changes in pinksheets to stop things like this from happening. Are they doing anything to clean the pinksheets up?
