upordown, do you think Navstar is a bogus company or one that is diluting to grow the business?

To paraphrase late Texas U coach Drrell Royal, when speaking about the forward pass. There are three kinds of dilution and two of them are bad.

The three reasons, as I see them are, first the good one.

Growth. The two bad ones are to keep the doors open and out and out scams. Where do you think NavStar fits? TIA
