A couple of things for your comments:

1. Even if Judge Sleet would grant the motion. isn't his decision appealable and will probably go against him.
2. The recent ruling against the FDIC in the case of the 1ST City Bank Chap 11. Do you think Weil and Co will use that verdict in this case?
