Gedi, correct.<- Yeung didn't place any restrictions on this stock>

The only point regarding this issue is blaming the correct person regarding restricted shares.Yeung did not place the restriction on the shares as others have stated. If people are going to place guilt on someone regarding the restricted shares,the correct person to blame in this is Flannery,notYeung.
