Bruce - Yeung didn't place any restrictions on this stock. The restrictions were placed on this stock by Flannery when MSEP.INBG
purchased AXIA with MSEP/INBG shares - Flannery passed these shares on to AXIA shareholders. Flannery placed the restrictions on these shares.

Plus, I find it hard to believe that there is stock out there with restrictions that are more than 2 years old.

Challenges make life interesting, Overcoming them make life meaningful.
