Yes the 4b ruling could be friday. If wamu gets its way it will be friday, because they are REALLY pushing it.






And in response to the pm you sent me (my account is free), I think it looks real nice for tomorrow but you have to remember its a bk bank play and unlike WAMUQ it is legitimately bankrupt. I think it will be very interesting to watch tomorrow, and if it can break .175 it could fly another ~10 or more cents. Possibly up to the last .74 high... but don't count on it. Personally, I sold at .15 when it downticked from .155. I didn't expect it to run again like it did. Still made a nice profit because I got in at .107.
