Forbearance helps WMI of course. means that the discovery will not be allowed by JPM, too much at risk for JPM. that being said, buying of time and nothing coming from the judge, can only mean that everyone is in accordance with the 2004 discovery. That, Judge said she was going to make her decision last month and she hasn't, also an indicator that JPM playing ball and submitted to WMI's claim to 2004 discovery. Which of course leads to negotiations - how that plays out, we will see.
