Agreed. fwiw, Couple things I noticed on L2:

-- During the buying spurts last couple days UBSS was often on the bid. Mark Newbauer (EESO IR) used to work for UBS as an investment banker. Coincidence?

-- During the period when the 0033 ask was being blasted with block buys, absorbing all comers, DOMS was anchoring that ask. A couple times, DOMS was the only MM on the ask. DOMS (Domestic Securities, Inc) typically does not represent retail brokers. As with VFIN, HDSN, UBSS, when I see DOMS anchoring bid/ask, I start pondering agendas. eg: DOMS could be diluting for EESO? Or DOMS could have been containing the price to allow those 9m block T-trades to process.

Extrapolating: My guess is that the 650m rally was not planned by the Ft Wayne crew (FWC == Kistler/Carnes/etc) engineering the EESO runs. Could be that WowGreen and EESO settled their suit last week, news of which leaked to the WowG distribution chain on Weds, triggering the no-news rally. imo, FWC had been hoping to walk the price under 0020 for a last ditch panic shake to accumulate cheap shares before the planned run starting this week.

On Monday, imo, FWC/MMs worked to walk the stock back down to a lower loading level. Vis the 0029 trades printed when the bid was still 0035. Tuesday afternoon, imo, DOMS intentionally held the stock at 0033 to allow those 9m blocks to trade at 0032 and to assure a red candlestick for the day.

If so, my guess is DOMS also wants that 0033 inventory back, so we may see another walk down at the open today (Weds).

Note that all of the above is pure speculation. Everyone should draw their own conclusions from what they see for themselves.

re: Thurs CC, imo, the following is feasible and would trigger the next run:
-- WowGreen relationship intact.
-- Promised 3rd qtr audited financials coming.
-- New industrial/commercial/agricultural contracts that they've been hinting at.

re: New contracts, EESO has had 30 sales reps in the field over the summer, and Murph hinted at some customer interest in the previous CC.
