Alex,
I am also concerned about the financing. Has there been any word? Will there be an announcement soon? OK so maybe you do not want to answer those ones...

How About - What is the root cause for the delays?

The reason for the delay in geting our financing is that we had other deals that came to the table and we are in the process in deciding which one is best for us. We will be having an announcement shortly regarding these developments.
