I did read the 10-K. And yes, they're fine for now. What I am interested in is how they are going to be able to grow and start producing revenue and when it will start. That is still some time away, and I know for a fact they said in an article or news release that it was going to realistically be about 18-24 months before all the preliminary tasks are completed and they can move on to starting to mine.
