i converted it, it opened at .279. Just click the link. It seems to be 10 minutes delayed. not the best, but 5 minutes over yahoo.

EDIT: i think this link is real time. it seems that the frankfurt doesnt open at exactly 3, because yahoo still hasnt updated.
