Ya I used to watch PERT quite a bit but they have been a seller at lots of levels and not always very successful on their prices.
I think I recall seeing them on the ask in the $0.3 range and can recall in the past sometimes they had blocks of shares available to move.
Probably just another investor outside with a decent-sized position moving around. Dunno.
