i did read through the first link earlier, and will re-read it and the other links you gave. but if the courts do find in favor of wamu, has a company ever come back to life or the government and/or chase make financial amends to its shareholders? i can't imagine either entity making financially right its previous wrongs. but then again, i haven't been in this long enough to know...
