Certainly possible but IMHO that is a blanket statement, I don't believe the company has been diluting for a couple weeks now, instead I fell as if they have reversed that process. Again JMHO, I think we will get a PR sometime before end of year stating a new O/S that has been achieved via a company buyback. It is not necessary they announced before a buyback is instituted.

There is no doubt (its in the financials) that in the past the company has diluted alot. But as I stated above; I think EVFL is entering into a new era, one that will propel them, if plans instituted are efficient, forward becoming a great little company.
