Not buying into any "blindsiding" on this at all. Nothing happening in this drama is by accident or chance. As I've stated previously, to believe the dynamics of the current/past/future course of machination is happenstance one must coalesce that the company functions in that realm. IMO every move is/has been calculated to the extreme.
