GAS is trying to tell the truth...re-audits are very negative and the SEC is NOT going to allow the publication of those statements until they are satisfied all is good...which will take a long time and now the institutional investors will have a wait and see attitude. Mgmt should cancel the RS and get things sorted out before the RS takes place. If mgmt was so inept to be blindsided by this what else were they inept about. This is basic mgmt 101 and they failed. I have made a lot of money trading this company but i have to stand on the sidelines and let this play out. If i miss the run i will not kick myself...it is the nature of the beast that you miss some things in life...
