Just an FYI guys Friday is just an omnibus hearing which means there is probably going to be a lot of wasted time in the future, these types of cases can drag out for years. I think the only way you will see a payout in the near future is if JPM knows they are screwed and offers a settlement avoiding trial...which is very possible because going through a multi-billion dollar lawsuit is not very good for publicity...or YOUR OWN STOCK

An omnibus hearing is a pretrial hearing to sort out evidentiary matters, schedule court dates and perhaps consider and change of plea, while a contested omnibus requires the prosecution to present evidence to demonstrate the charges are credible.
