I have Scottrade, for several years, have never seen a 0 bid on my screen. Never had trouble buying, but, right now, cannot sell a few shares of EVFL at .0001. Have tried for several days, no bites. Called Scottrade, and they said there is a line for selling at that, they take them in order.
