I agree with you.....This board for years has been a usefull tool for everyone to share their thoughts related to the company either positive or negative. We shouldn't lose sight and bicker amongst one other....If ego's start to get out of control I will be forced to make changes. As this board grows, we will likely have many different personalities join in on our discussions.... .....unfortunaltly people will bash, antagonize and manipulate....be the bigger person!!!!

Sirfelix....DON"T YOU DARE LEAVE ME!!!!!! In my eyes your not an assistant.....we share the moderator position together and I appreciate everything you've done for this board and the DD you've supplied. Remember Bylocellhi....if that guy didn't put you over the edge and make you resign I can't believe you would now! LOL.
