I hope the commission has a more open mind and agrees to review this case, because if you understand the HSDPA standards it is clear this patent is essential.

Is there any evidence they do understand HSDPA standards? I sure don't understand it.

Seems to me the only person that should judge would a person of "ordinary skill in the art". In their lingo that would make a nice threshold, but since they write the rules.....
