The reference to Pinksheets.com for numbers are more wrong than what some here have assumed against the figures I’ve contacted my broker for.

The following is from the lower page of ; http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=EVFL



According to the reference to this site, if I took the Estimated Market Cap as of Sept 16 2009, which is showing, $2,116,571 and divide this number by the current PPS which is showing $0.0001, I’d get 21,165,710,000 shares which is representing what the current Outstanding Shares would have to be for the Market Cap to be true as of Sept 16 2009.

Now If I take the O/S as at Jun. 30. 2009, which was reported to be 21,165,709,634 shares and subtract from that figure the O/S of Sept, I get a difference of ‘-366’.

In other words, since June 30, 2009 when 21 Billion was last reported as the O/S, we’ve since gained another 366 shares on top of that, in order to comply with the Market cap as at Sept 16 2009 as per the .0001/PPS.

SO with the total number of shares that were moved since that time throughout today, only 366 shares were added.

Using these figures to explain all the movement of shares would be saying the company was diluting shares as fast as they were being bought up to maintain the overall constant O/S value of around 21 Billion shares.

Actually, this would calculate out to being "Over Diluted" by about 366 shares.

But in order to do that, EVFL would need to Dilute shares into the O/S from where? The float?.

But then now that means the remaining float would need to shrink to reflect the difference being shifted from it INTO the O/S.

Has the float decreased? ~or is it unchanged.

As you can see, does this makes sense?

CURRENT O/S of EVFL = 769.6 Million Shares.
I will stay with this from my broker until proven otherwise.

I will also contact my Broker’s Corporate Action department for further detail regarding 769.9 Million O/S being the actual credible amount.
