EVFL:Called by broker today to get O/S update. According to them, after being placed on a 2-3 minute hold, they returned stating that this stock has an O/S of 769.9M

(they also confirmed the numbers on their corporate Bloomberg terminal)

If I took a look at the last O/S report where the Outstanding Shares were
21,165,709,634 as of Jun 30, 2009.

Assuming all these figures are correct, Means 20,395,809,634 shares sold through since that time through today.
Or $2,039,580 was paid by shareholders into this company’s bottom line.

In either case, if this stock’s O/S sold down from 21 billion to just 769 million, then at .0001, that’s about $76,990 worth of shares left on the O/S.

That’s about 76 people who bought about 10,000,000 shares, or spent $1000 bucks.
Or 1000 people who bought 769,900 shares, or spent about 76.99 bucks each.

As you can see, on a global scale 769.9M shares remaining on the O/S is peanuts.

One good meaty PR and EVFL’s float is gone in a whimper of time.

The PPS will have its ‘ASK’ raised reeeeal high!
