Does this make any sense..
Recent 'good' media on JPMC etc, designed to build up their stock to a level that will continue entice more buyers to them and their strength..

When the hammer falls on them from the BK case they turn around and say 'hey we underpriced WAMU and have been FORCED to pay more but it's still a great dael for us because we get their banks, etc etc and look at our share price we're in the xxx???

Perhaps their share price dips BUT then again perhaps the market already realizes their going to lose the BK case and have built that INTO the current JPMC price. TOO BIG TO FAIL etc
