Meredith Whitney says housing prices still have another 25% to decline

How recently did she say this? I watched her interview with Becky Quick a day or two ago and I didn't hear her predict a precentage. In that interview she said she thought low priced units were more sold out than higher priced units. No numbers were mentioned.

Has she written something lately that I missed? Thanks.
