"If all outstanding options, warrants and convertible shares"....

I'm not talking about those types of derivative shares.

I'm talking about the millions of ACTUAL SHARES handed out in Leinwands employment agreement....and hundreds of thousands of ACTUAL SHARES handed out in the employment agreements of the board members (and current CEO). According to those agreements, MILLIONS of ACTUAL shares must have ALREADY BEEN HANDED OUT!

Do I have to take the time to copy and past the agreements from the various 8K's? Or can I trust that you can find them yourself?

Where are the SEC forms REQUIRED to be filed when officers/insiders receive shares?

Where are the forms?

ANYBODY?

Another oversight by the auditing commitee?

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...present fact to back up your opinion.
