New Feature: User-definable Message Batch Sizes

Everyone can see a "Next 10" link on messages, but only subscribers can use them. Well, now it's not fixed at "Next 10". And I'm going to call it "Batch View" since 10 isn't a fixed number anymore.

By going to the Tools menu, then selecting My Settings and going to the bottom, you'll see a new option that lets you specify how many messages at a time you want to read in this mode. You can choose 10, 20, 50, or 100.

This number can be configured by anyone, subscriber or not, but the "Next nn" mode still only works for subscribers.
