New Feature: Board shorthand & SI Thread shorthand

Now instead of using the whole URL to give a link to a board, you can use #board, followed by a hyphen, then the number of the board.

For example, #board-504 works the same as http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=504

Works the same, but prettier and easier to type if you're typing them instead of cut/pasting them.

Also, I've added shorthand for specifying threads on Silicon Investor. Rather than using the whole URL, use #thread, followed by a hyphen, followed by the number of the thread.
