From SPX DAILY (2nd Chart)
It appears the Up TREND Line is broken to the Down side
(in the red zone where 3 cycles are )
The blue envelope(Cycle) appears ready to turn down.

Please note HURST says trend lines are only valid in these red zones.
page 85 has very nice summary of these 16 items.
