Probably took them that long to just find someone that would answer to the suit. Don't you think it is kind of strange that the CEO has to answer to the lawsuit? I mean - normally legal counsel signs all the paperwork(but if we don't have one then $$$), I guess PYCT is small enough that they just do things that way... maybe they should use Legal Zoom to defend themselves.....

I think you guys may be on to something with some shorts pushing this suit... just plain brilliant.
