Received this email from Charles this morning, in reply to a phone conversation we had a few weeks ago.

The contract referred to was with a significant distributor having national accounts including most of the largest U.S. metal manufacturers. We must get all our Pink Sheet filings up to date and complete the Pink Sheets reinstatement in order to provide the details in an announcement together with lots of other good news. We are budgeting time and cash tightly and intend to announce as soon as we can. Thanks for the interest.
