DC - you don't understand BanKruptcy, This is not proof at all. You think the only reason that they would be forced into BK is because someone want's them to go away.... Too funny. Do some DD, you'll see that most BK filings are so people can be paid out once a judge reviews their financial position. It may only be .40c on the dollar but at least it is something.
This really just proof you are reaching for anything.
