Partly dilution, and partly MM's IMHO. We know that there has been dilution, and we know that the MM's were basically in control when it was bouncing up and down. Now the MM's seem to think or know that something may coming and they are getting out of it before the price spikes above .0002 and they are caught with their hands in the cookie jar. This would be why the volume has dropped off and has quit the .0001-.0002 shuffle. I think that they may still be playing with it somewhat just not as much and not making as much. This is all JMHO as I am just an ignorant Garden Gnome.
