Another thought I'd like to mention......
If the 1:100 does take place we will have 7mil O/S and ONLY 4.4mil in the float. One big problem this creates is there will be no liquidity. The act of buying and selling will be very difficult. Here's how I see it going down and it is MHO....As I mentioned earlier we will need news pre and post split, especially post split. If the right news comes out this could run big but then after that it gets a bit touchy because of the liquidity issue. That's why if this runs after the split we will see a forward split soon after.
MM's will do their best to make a market for SPNG but with a float of less than 5mil shares it will be very dificult. That's how I see it. And I hope I'm right. SPNG has the fundaments and the tremendous growth and this is the only way I see it playing out. But what do I know..GLTA
