On the secondary ScotTrade issue; This debate is going on across the boards...I saw one post that said someone spoke to a Scot agent & was told that sub-penny stocks aren't worth the effort....if true; maybe they're trying to get out of the sub-penny biz altogether......suppose its plausible, if allowed by regulators (?).
