Obviously, SCOttrade is doing the right thing which is why they stopped selling you shares they don't have or else, they would have continued filling orders. Or when they found out that they had to issue the 2% div, they have to call back all the shares and settle them.

Even though I find it very fishy what Scottrade is doing, the responsability still lies in BS's hands.

As a shareholder, I would like to know what recent developments took place with my company. How far advanced is Pinnacle energy? Update us on the Bio-fuel facility. What about SRE SOLAR? there must be a story behind that... you can't just create an entity and then apply for grants. YOU HAVE TO PROVE THAT YOU DESERVE IT! AND THAT YOU DESERVE RECEIVING THE MONEY! Is SRE SOLAR still fresh on paper? or is it ready to operate!

There are so many questions, that we as shareholders deserve answers.

You can only stall this so much but bottom line, we want to know if we placed our money in the right company or not. I WANT ANSWERS! With all honesty, I don't give a rat's asz if scottrade stopped people from buying. Who gives a crap - go open an account with another company or place an order on the phone. IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL! IT IS ONLY A BIG DEAL IF YOU MAKE IT SOUND LIKE IT IS!

As my last post, I want to wish everyone good endurance because I know it's not fun to be down on an investment. I am currently in the red also, but as they say, "No pain - No gain".

I am still holding long and strong, and hopefully we weren't lied to by BS and his associates.
