Not necessarily. If you look at the charts, it took 1.17B or so shares to move from .0003 to .0004. We are now turning that same corner. My guess is either by the end of today or CoB tomorrow we will have 4x5's. The great thing about this company is there isnt really any news/PRs required for an upwards trend. People will soon catch on and will join the band-wagon. Until then a PR may move the PPS up but it wond be perminent. Slow and sure is the way to go, for now.
