Not in everything that is reported. I am aware that
Pink Sheets reports the figures you cite, but go to cites for WSJ, IBD, TD Ameritrade, Yahoo finance and you will see O/S
for less that 1 B (A/S is not reported). I do not know
what the exact figure is for O/S, but, based on the daily
trading volume (compared to other big vol trade averages,
like Citicorp) the float is far less than 20 B as you show.
