didn't Peter Sprague claim in the financial press that he sold 100K?

but then months & months & months later, didn't Wave Systems report in an SEC filing that he actually sold five times that amount?

didn't Nolan Bushnell also sell thousands of shares & not report it to the SEC for another 6-8 months?!?

doesn't this message board's header fasely claim -- TO THIS VERY DAY -- that Wave is "inside IBM"?!?

didn't the vaunted Intel "contract" result in something less than $6K in revenues in Q2 2004?

did Wave Systems CEO claim two weeks after (08/13/04) those controversial press releases that Wave could achieve breakeven revenues in 2004?
