Yes I do keep saying Nokia has to prove they are not infringing. Just like IDCC will have to prove their patents are valid. The fact that IDCC says Nokia is infriging and they can prove it, do you not think then that Nokia will be having to defend the no infriging? The no infringement is only a opinion of 1 judge, but not a final resoloution. His opinion weighs more than mine but in the long run not a heck of a lot more if Nokia is infringing, and IDCC can prove it.
