Got a call from the office of Judge Olen Underwood that he will hear my motion to disqualify Judge McCally on 9/10/09 at 10:00AM. Didn't get the message since it was left last Friday at 2:48PM and after I left for a five-day trip to PA. Don't know if I can atend by telephone or must be in person, but can't make it with such short notice? Situation is developing...
