In that regard, I am heavily involved in financially strapped suppliers, and understand Chapter 11 rather well, but my legal background is limited to non-disclosure agreements, mainly with respect to privately-held companies, but also public companies if they disclose non-public info, such as contribution margins, 13-week cash flow analyses, etc.

Again, you guys are way ahead of my legal curve, but I would be happy to interpret filings or anything else related to corporate accounting or finance.
