Does that mean that the 2nd interested buyer may have been Wow all along and they were doing a valuation at the time? If you look at the time line it may be a possibility.

Also what happens to this whole thing when EESO refuses the initial offer? Does that exclude Wow from being able to purchase at that avg price?
