To be fair, Judy did report as of Tuesday that the suit was postponed as lawyers were in negotiations trying to settle the Wowgreen case. Mark did report last week that the companies are looking to resolve this case also. I am sure we may get further confirmation next week if things get resolved. Enjoy the weekend.
