“Just My Opinion and Thoughts”

I started to invest in this company about a month ago and have since continued to accumulate all at .0001; originally it was to flip though I never tried only because I started to do DD and the more I found the more I liked. After a couple weeks had gone by and watching the chatter on several boards; I decided it was time to step up and take things to the next level so I did call and talk with DM (only proof is in the copy of email below where I refer to our conversation).

It was a brief conversation in which a couple of my concerns where addressed:
1. A reverse split
2. With the current governmental environment and the politically connected board members, are you seeking government funding of any kind
3. What can I expect in the near future for growth and expansion

Those where the only questions I asked due to my time; DM’s answers:
1. “This is not a consideration at this time” (I think everyone knows this from other posters on this board).
2. Kind of walked around this one, “We are looking at all possibilities”
3. Again danced around this one, “The company is stronger then it was three years ago and there is absolutely no need to worry, we are not going anywhere”.

Dm went on to elaborate further:
“Peoples concerns about dilution; well this is a fact, it’s how we raise capitol, it is what businesses do. It would not be out of the question to consider the possibility of a buy back and/or a reverse merger in the future”.

Still after the financial release I was left feeling empty and somewhat let down; only because I had expected more then what we got, which led me to send the email you see below and note DM’s reply which he has yet to fulfill. I will keep you posted on this.

I think without divulging to much info; we have been left crumbs of information for us to pickup on and make decisions. It seems to me that since I have been following this board and all the posts; especially those which claim they have talked to or emailed or text DM, the info and the pattern is the same. Things are looking up for Evolution Fuels and the future of this company. I firmly believe DM is doing his best not to fail though to some of us it may seem that way, I think mostly because we have come accustomed to quick gratification. Take the Dot Com’s out of the picture and how many companies are there that where overnight successes?

There are two ways to achieve the OTC tier status DM would like to be part of with EVFL. One; a reverse split of magnitude, which I am confident DM and the board agree this is not in the best interest of the company and share holders.
Two; a buy back which if funding came into the picture, is not that expensive at these levels and a reverse merger with EVLN currently at $5.00 per share.

Scenario two instant success for the stock price; the way I choose to believe is in the works.

Okay that’s done; now how do they maintain that price, continue to build value and increase share holder confidence.

Expansion and revenue growth and production.
The evidence for all three of these is there just open your eyes.

I don’t think DM wishes to fail at this nor do I think the powerful board members would tolerate it. It would ruin DM for the rest of his life and the people he has brought into this are not accustomed to failure.

I suggest everyone stop with the bashing and bickering and allow this to unfold; whats a couple more months going to hurt, give it until the end of the year, it’ll be here before you know it. I think by then things will be much clearer and we will all be much happier.

I invest in pennies and subs the same way I gamble, with no more then I am willing to lose. That way I can’t get upset and if goes right; well hell, what a bonus.

I posted to this board for the first time yesterday so noone here knows me so for those of you who agree with me great, those who don’t; well, I don’t care. It may interest some of you to know that I hold 100mil shares of this company; so I would love to see this thing move.

Below is the most recent email correspondence I have had with DM. I’m hoping he will respond so I can share with each of you. For my own privacy I have removed personal info from the header and text of the email. The purpose of the email below was two fold; for more concrete confirmation of what I believe is happening and to get info (even if Vague) in writing, which I know as a business person to be a stronger commitment then anything verbal.

I will respond to this tonight.

Dennis,

We spoke only once on the phone and out of consideration for your time and that I knew you had been getting inundated with emails, texts and calls; I kept the conversation short, now I’m thinking I should have been more persistent. I left the phone call feeling somewhat comfortable in my decision to invest and continued investing in EVFL and you. To date I have invested more then most would in a sub-penny stock; I’ll admit I did get somewhat caught up in the dreams of prosperity I truly thought this company would provide in it’s value.

Today I am concerned due to what appears to be a halt in trading; I wonder what this means? Your financials on Monday don’t indicate anything of value or a company that is moving to add value.

I feel as though you should at least take a few moments and lay out your business plan for me and tell me how you plan on achieving growth and value without destroying the share holders investments. It may not mean much to you; it’s not your money and you could easily just through your arms up and say, well that didn’t work what next, leaving us holding an empty bag of tricks. I’m sitting here now with 10,000 dollars of what I’m beginning to feel is worthless stock. As I have told you; I believe in the market and government environment for this type of product and company and also think the rising cost of crude will very shortly makes this a viable and highly profitable business to be in, my only concern now is that I have invested in the right company and person to get the job done.

Please do me a favor; don’t call me because I am a busy man having helped to take my company from 5mil. per year to over 100mil. per year in just five short years, so I know it can be done; but you must be willing and know how to get it done and now I’m not sure you do. Like I said take a couple moments and respond via email; it can be brief and only needs to tell me what your plan is over the next year because if it has to extend out beyond that then I will know I need to find more competent and viable companies in the same business to give my money to as well as my abilities if needed.
