SB2010: Please No Upper Case!!!!! Please calm down. Take a walk or something.

The 10k will be filed when it is. they have filed a proper extension -- used by thousands of companies. None of us know why. And to start making negative personal statements towards spng mgmt. is not going to help you or any of us. The board is edgy enough. Please stay calm. No personal attackes on mgmt. Please. Thank you in advance. We know you are long. We all want the 10k to be released. None of us are going nuts here over it. Thanks.
