WHEN IS THE 10-K COMING OUT. THIS IS BECOMING ABSURD. I CALLED IT THAT THIS 10-K WOULD NE NO WHERE TO BE SEEN.

THIS IS PATHETIC THAT THE COMPANY CAN EVEN RELEASE ITS FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND THESE FOOLS ARE TALKING ABOUT GOING TO THE NASDAQ, WHAT A JOKE. These guys cant even get their act together.
