If AS wins, PWI will be worthless, making WM's and AS's stock also worthless.
Aside from concerns about the dilution, I believe that PWI could be resurrected under the these guys, shares reeled back in, and with proper proposals, made by people with proven integrity and contacts, PWI might survive. Under the present management, so far I see the same old BS and the same old money grab.
I am very concerned about his ignoring LB's history. I guess I get repetitive about it, but I believe this to be a serious issue.
